Collector Shoreline Sangiovese Rosé 2025

Collector Shoreline Sangiovese Rosé is a crisp, dry rosé made from Sangiovese with a touch of Mammolo.

Mammolo is an old Tuscan variety, traditionally blended with Sangiovese and prized for its violet perfume. Here the pair makes a fresh, pale rosé with mandarin, cherry, rose-water and spice aromas. The palate is crisp, with good texture through the middle and mouth-watering acidity.

Chill it well and enjoy it through the warmer months with antipasti, grilled octopus, bruschetta or a salad niçoise.
