Collector Tiger Tiger Chardonnay 2022

Collector Tiger Tiger Chardonnay is a complex, flinty cool-climate Chardonnay.

Collector sources its Chardonnay from the high, cool vineyards of Tumbarumba in the Snowy Mountains foothills, one of Australia's coolest wine regions and a favoured source of fine Chardonnay and sparkling base wine. The long growing season builds concentration while keeping natural acidity. This wine opens with white flowers, grapefruit and flint, and with time in the glass reveals lemon curd, brioche and struck-match notes on a focused, mouth-filling palate.

Serve lightly chilled, not too cold, with roast chicken, pork belly, scallops or a creamy mushroom risotto. It will gain complexity with a few more years in the bottle.
