Description

Crowded House Sauvignon Blanc is the sister label to Catalina Sounds, named for Marlborough's crowded wine landscape.

Both labels were started in 2005, when Marlborough was already busy with Sauvignon Blanc producers, and the name is a wry acknowledgement of that. The wines are made in the Waihopai Valley from fruit across the region, in a bright, aromatic style built for drinking young. Marlborough's wide day-night temperature range is what gives the variety its lift.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or goat's cheese. Drink within two years of the vintage.
