Cullen Dancing In The Moonlight is a dry Margaret River rosé picked and made to the biodynamic calendar.

The name refers to the estate's practice of harvesting and bottling on fruit and flower days of the biodynamic calendar, which Vanya Cullen has followed since the vineyard was certified in 2003. Margaret River's maritime climate keeps acidity in place for a style like this, where the fruit is picked early and pressed straight away rather than bled off a red ferment. The wine is fermented cool and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
