Cullen Dancing In The Sun is a Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend from the biodynamic home vineyard at Wilyabrup.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon pairing is Margaret River's signature white, borrowed from Bordeaux and suited to the region's gravelly soils, where Semillon adds texture and length to Sauvignon Blanc's aromatics. Cullen has grown both since the 1970s. This wine is picked on the biodynamic calendar's fruit days, fermented with wild yeast and given some time on lees without heavy oak influence.

Serve at 10 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or grilled asparagus. Drink over the next four years.
