Description

Cullen Diana Madeline Legacy Series Full Moon MOSH is a small-batch Cabernet bottling made to the biodynamic calendar.

The Legacy Series marks particular moments in the biodynamic year, in this case a full moon, when Vanya Cullen judges the fruit and the cellar work to be at their most expressive. MOSH refers to the Mangan and other estate blocks that feed it. The wine comes from the same Wilyabrup gravels as the standard Diana Madeline and is made the same way, with wild fermentation and French oak, but in tiny volume.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast beef or venison. It is built for long cellaring.
