Cullen Grace Madeline 1.5L MAGNUM 2019

Cullen Grace Madeline is a barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from the Wilyabrup home vineyard.

This is the estate's most serious white, made in the Bordeaux manner with fermentation and maturation in French oak rather than tank, which gives it the texture and cellaring capacity that Margaret River's best whites can carry. The name honours the family's matriarchal line. The vineyard is certified biodynamic and the fruit hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast.

Serve at 12 degrees with crayfish, roast chicken or a creamy pasta. In magnum it will age for a decade or more.
