Cullen Legacy Series Flower Day Malbec 2022

Cullen Legacy Series Flower Day Malbec is a rare single-variety Malbec from the estate's biodynamic Wilyabrup vines.

Malbec is usually a blending variety in Margaret River, adding colour and plushness to Cabernet, so bottling it on its own is unusual. Flower day refers to the biodynamic calendar, which the estate follows for picking and cellar work. The wine is fermented with wild yeast in small open vessels and matured in French oak, in very small volume.

Serve at 17 degrees with grilled beef, duck or a spiced lamb dish. Drink over the next ten years.
