Description

Cullen Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc is a single-variety bottling made on the biodynamic calendar's fruit days.

Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc usually appears blended with Semillon, so a straight varietal from a producer of this standing is worth noting. The Legacy Series marks particular days in the biodynamic year that Vanya Cullen identifies as the best for picking and bottling. Fruit comes from the certified biodynamic home vineyard at Wilyabrup, is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast, with a portion in oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with seafood, salads or fresh cheeses. Drink over the next five years.
