Cullen Metricup Chardonnay 2025

Cullen Metricup Chardonnay comes from a Margaret River vineyard just north of the estate's Wilyabrup home block.

Chardonnay planted on Margaret River's gravelly loam ripens slowly under maritime influence, which is why the region's whites hold acidity at full ripeness. The Metricup fruit is farmed to the same biodynamic standard as the rest of the estate. It is whole-bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast in French oak and matured on lees, with new wood used sparingly.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink over the next six years.
