Cullen Sauvignon Blanc 2026

Cullen Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white from the certified biodynamic home vineyard at Wilyabrup.

Sauvignon Blanc arrived in Margaret River early and suits the maritime climate, where cool nights hold its aromatics without the herbaceous edge it can take on in cooler regions. Cullen farms biodynamically, with its own compost and preparations, and picks to the biodynamic calendar. The wine is whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool, with a portion given lees contact for texture.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or green vegetables. Drink over the next three years.
