Cullen Sauvignon Blanc Amber 2025

Cullen Sauvignon Blanc Amber is a skin-contact white made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon at Wilyabrup.

Fermenting white grapes on their skins, the way reds are made, gives colour, tannin and a savoury edge, and the style has become a serious pursuit in Australia rather than a curiosity. Cullen works it with the same biodynamic fruit that feeds the estate's conventional whites. The wine spends an extended period on skins before pressing and ageing without heavy oak.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast pork, tagine or hard cheese. Drink over the next four years.
