Cullen Vanya Flower Day Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Cullen Vanya Flower Day is the estate's old-vine Cabernet, picked and bottled on the biodynamic calendar's flower days.

The biodynamic calendar divides the year into root, leaf, flower and fruit days, and the estate has found that bottling on particular days shows the wine at its most aromatic. The fruit comes from the 1971 plantings on the Wilyabrup home block, Margaret River's gravel-over-granite soils giving the Cabernet its structure. Wild fermentation and French oak maturation follow the estate's usual method.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb or aged cheese. Built for two decades.
