Description

Dal Zotto Pinot Bianco is a dry white from the variety known as Pinot Blanc in France.

Pinot Bianco is grown widely in the Alto Adige and Friuli, where it gives a restrained, appley white with fine acidity, and it suits the King Valley's cooler elevated sites in north-east Victoria. The Dal Zotto family planted the valley in 1987 with the Italian varieties they knew from home. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with seafood, salads or a mild cheese. Drink within four years.
