Description

Dal Zotto Pinot Grigio is a crisp dry white from the family's King Valley vineyards.

Pinot Grigio picked early keeps the light, pear-and-citrus character of the northern Italian style rather than the fuller Pinot Gris approach, and the King Valley's altitude in north-east Victoria helps hold that acidity. Otto and Elena Dal Zotto planted here in 1987. The wine is pressed gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a light pasta. Drink within two years.
