Description

Dal Zotto Pucino Prosecco comes from the family who planted Australia's first Prosecco vines.

Otto Dal Zotto grew up in Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco country, and planted the variety in the King Valley in 1999 when no one else in Australia had. The wine is made by the tank method, with a second fermentation in pressurised tank rather than bottle, which is what keeps Prosecco fresh and floral. Pucino is an old Roman name associated with the wine.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif, or with antipasti and fried food. Drink young.
