Description

Dal Zotto Pucino Spritz Limoncello is a ready-made sparkling spritz built on the family's King Valley Prosecco.

The spritz is a northern Italian ritual rather than a cocktail, and making a bottled version on a Prosecco base keeps it closer to the original than most. Dal Zotto planted Australia's first Prosecco in the King Valley in 1999. Lemon is blended into the finished sparkling wine, which is bottled ready to pour over ice.

Serve very cold over ice with a slice of lemon, and olives or salted nuts alongside. Drink young.
