Description

Dal Zotto Rosato is a dry Italian-style rosé from the family's King Valley vineyards.

Rosato in Italy is made dry and savoury, usually from local red varieties picked early, and the Dal Zotto family follow that approach with the Italian grapes they planted in north-east Victoria from 1987. The King Valley's altitude keeps the acidity in place. The fruit is pressed straight away rather than bled off a red ferment, then fermented cool.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
