Description

Dal Zotto VP Pucino Prosecco is a vintage-dated sparkling wine from the King Valley.

Otto Dal Zotto grew up in Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco country, and planted the first Prosecco vines in Australia in the King Valley in 1999. The VP bottling takes fruit from a single harvest rather than blending across years, and is made by the tank method, with the second fermentation in pressurised tank rather than bottle, which is what keeps Prosecco fresh and floral. Pucino is an old Roman name associated with the wine.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif, or with antipasti and fried food. Drink young.
