Dalrymple Pinot Noir 2024

Dalrymple Pinot Noir is a fleshy, fragrant Tasmanian Pinot Noir with silky tannins.

Pinot Noir is the backbone of Dalrymple, which grows it in both the north and the south of the island. Tasmania's cool climate lets the grape ripen slowly, building aroma and fine tannins without losing freshness. This wine shows ripe plum, spiced red cherry, cranberry and boysenberry, with clove and five-spice from French oak and a savoury undertone. Silky tannins and fine acidity give shape to the fleshy fruit, and the finish lingers with a fresh, blue-floral note. It is an easy introduction to the Dalrymple style before moving on to the single-site wines.

Serve at around 15 to 17 degrees with roast duck, salmon, mushroom dishes or pork belly.
