Description

Dandelion Vineyards Enchanted Garden of the Eden Valley Riesling is a bone-dry, mineral Riesling from the high country above the Barossa.

Eden Valley's high vineyards, with their cool nights and rocky soils, are among Australia's great homes for Riesling. Elena Brooks, winemaker and co-founder of Dandelion Vineyards, works with local growers to capture that purity. The 2025 is very pale and strikingly aromatic, with lemon, lime zest, honeysuckle and orange blossom over hints of crushed quartz and talc. On the palate it is bone dry and linear, with a concentrated core of citrus and a touch of passionfruit, finishing long and steely.

Chill well and serve with sashimi, crab linguine or a lemony roast chicken. It is lovely young, and good Eden Valley Riesling can age gracefully for many years.
