Description

Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé 1.5L MAGNUM is a floral Grenache rosé from the Barossa in a party-sized bottle.

Behind the label is winemaker Elena Brooks, who launched Dandelion with Zar Brooks in 2007 to bottle wines from long-established South Australian vineyards. Barossa Grenache, often grown on old bush vines, gives this rosé its perfume and gentle weight. In magnum, the 2022 shows pale pink and copper tones, with strawberry and raspberry, musk and rose petal notes. The palate is light and fresh, with a quiet thread of texture and acidity that lengthens the finish.

A magnum makes sense at a long lunch or a summer gathering. Chill it thoroughly before serving and pair with a seafood platter, cold meats or a big shared salad. Drink soon.
