Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé 2022

Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé is a pale, fragrant Grenache rosé from the Barossa.

Grenache has deep roots in the Barossa, with old bush vines scattered across the valley. Dandelion Vineyards, founded by Elena and Zar Brooks in 2007, uses the grape to make this delicate pink wine. The 2022 is pale pink with a bronze tinge, offering red summer berries, rose water, Turkish Delight and lavender. The palate is light and almost water-like in weight, with a subtle grip and crisp acidity drawing it to a long, clean finish.

Pour it well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside prawn skewers, a mezze platter or a light pasta. As a 2022, it is best enjoyed soon.
