Dandelion Vineyards Love Letter from McLaren Vale Fiano is a crisp, textural white made from the southern Italian grape Fiano.

Fiano originates in Campania in southern Italy, and it has become one of McLaren Vale's success stories, thriving in the region's warm, Mediterranean-style climate while holding onto its acidity. Dandelion, founded in 2007 by winemaker Elena Brooks with Zar Brooks, makes it simply and cleanly. The 2025 is bright with a hay-coloured hue, offering orange blossom, lemon thyme and sage. The palate has satisfying weight, with apple, peach and a nutty, honeyed note, balanced by crunchy, fresh acidity.

Well chilled, it works with grilled calamari, spaghetti vongole or a chicken and fennel salad.
