Dandelion Vineyards Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp white from the cool Adelaide Hills, new from the 2026 vintage.

Made by Elena Brooks for Dandelion Vineyards, which she co-founded with Zar Brooks, this wine draws on the Adelaide Hills, a cool, high region well known for fresh, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Recent releases have been pure and mineral in style, with citrus and green apple fruit and fine, zesty acidity.

Enjoy it well chilled and young, alongside seafood, salads or a soft cheese.
