Dead Man Walking Clare Valley Riesling 2026

Dead Man Walking Clare Valley Riesling is a dry white from the high country north of Adelaide.

Clare sits at around four hundred metres, warm by day and cold at night, and those cold nights give Australian dry Riesling its acidity and lime character. The valley's limestone and slate soils give the wine a firm, dry finish. It is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It will develop over eight years.
