Description

Dead Man Walking Eden Valley Riesling comes from the ranges above the Barossa floor.

The Eden Valley sits several hundred metres higher than the Barossa, on ancient weathered soils, and it is one of Australia's two benchmark Riesling regions alongside Clare. The wines tend to be a touch more floral and less austere than Clare's. Fermentation is cool, in stainless steel, with no oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes. It develops over a decade.
