Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint is a sweet white made from grapes left on the vine well past the usual picking date.

Late harvest sits below aszú in the Tokaj hierarchy: whole bunches are picked late, with some botrytis among them, rather than berries being selected one by one. Disznókő was placed in the first growth when Tokaj surveyed its vineyards in 1732 and has belonged to AXA Millésimes since 1992, farming 107 hectares in a single block at Mezőzombor on clay over rhyolite.

Serve well chilled at 8 degrees with fruit desserts, soft blue cheese, or on its own as an aperitif.
