Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc is grown on established vineyards in the Southern Valleys of Marlborough.

Marlborough occupies the dry, sunny north-east corner of the South Island, where a wide day-night temperature range gives Sauvignon Blanc its aromatic lift. Dog Point was founded by Ivan Sutherland and James Healy, who between them spent years as viticulturist and winemaker at Cloudy Bay before starting their own label in 2002 on Sutherland family land planted in 1979. The vineyards are certified organic, yields are kept low, and this wine is fermented cool in stainless steel to keep the fruit clear and direct.

Serve at 9 degrees with goat's cheese, oysters or green vegetables. Drink over the next three years.
