Domaine Albert Mann Extra Brut Crémant d'Alsace is a traditional-method sparkling wine from one of Alsace's most respected biodynamic estates, made in a bone-dry style that favours precision over sweetness.

Alsace, tucked along the eastern foothills of the Vosges mountains, enjoys a long, dry growing season and a patchwork of granite, limestone and marl soils that give its wines notable purity of fruit; Crémant d'Alsace, the region's traditional-method sparkling wine, has grown into one of France's most compelling sparkling categories outside Champagne. Domaine Albert Mann, based in Wettolsheim near Colmar, is run by the Barthelmé family, who farm a number of Grand Cru sites biodynamically and are known across their range for meticulous, low-intervention winemaking.
