Domaine Albert Mann Extra Brut Crémant d'Alsace, presented here in magnum, is a traditional-method sparkling wine from one of Alsace's most respected biodynamic producers, made in a lean, bone-dry style.

Alsace's cool, dry climate along the Vosges foothills and its varied granite, limestone and marl soils give the region's wines a distinctive purity, and Crémant d'Alsace has become one of France's most respected sparkling categories outside Champagne. Domaine Albert Mann, based in Wettolsheim near Colmar and run by the Barthelmé family, farms several Grand Cru sites biodynamically and applies the same careful, low-intervention approach to its sparkling wine as it does to its still Alsace whites.

The larger magnum format allows the wine to age more slowly and evenly, making it a particularly rewarding choice for celebrations, larger gatherings or longer cellaring.
