Description

Domaine Alzipratu Fiumeseccu Blanc is a Corsican white made from Vermentinu.

Vermentinu is the Corsican name for Vermentino, the Mediterranean white grown along the Ligurian and Sardinian coasts, where it gives a saline, citrus-driven wine with firm acidity. The Balagne's granite soils and sea air suit it. The estate is based near Calvi in the island's north-west and farms organically.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, shellfish or a goat's cheese. Drink within four years.
