Domaine Benjamin et David Duclaux Côte-Rôtie 'Maison Rouge' is a pure Syrah from one of the northern Rhône's most prestigious appellations.

Côte-Rôtie, the 'roasted slope', is known for its steep, narrow terraces above the Rhône river near Ampuis, where Syrah is traditionally the sole or dominant variety, occasionally blended with a small proportion of Viognier. Domaine Benjamin et David Duclaux is a respected grower-producer based in Ampuis, farming parcels across the appellation's schist and granite terraces with a traditional, hands-on approach passed down through the family.

A structured, full-bodied red with real ageing potential, it suits richly flavoured dishes and slow-cooked, savoury cuisine.
