Description

Domaine Benoît Badoz Dédicace à Pierre is a Jura Pinot Noir, dedicated to an earlier generation of the family.

Pinot Noir has grown in the Jura for centuries alongside the local Poulsard and Trousseau, and on the region's marl soils it gives a lighter, more savoury wine than in Burgundy over the hill. The domaine is based at Poligny in the Côtes du Jura, the largest of the region's appellations.

Serve slightly cool at 15 degrees with roast chicken, charcuterie or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next eight years.
