Domaine De Coyeaux Muscat De Beaumes-De-Venise Cuvée Or des dentelles is a sweet fortified Muscat made in the shadow of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

The village of Beaumes-de-Venise lies on the eastern side of the southern Rhône, beneath the jagged limestone teeth that give the Dentelles their name, and its Muscat has been prized since Roman times; the vin doux naturel was recognised as an appellation in its own right in 1945. Muscat à Petits Grains is the grape of the appellation, and fermentation is stopped by the addition of grape spirit, a technique known as mutage, which preserves much of the natural sugar of the fruit and lifts the wine to around fifteen degrees of alcohol. The cuvée name is a nod to those same limestone peaks.

Serve well chilled, at 8 to 10 degrees; and suits blue cheese, fruit desserts or a simple tart.
