Domaine de Trévallon Rouge is a distinctive Provençal red built around Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, grown at the foot of the Alpilles hills.

Domaine de Trévallon was established by Eloi Dürrbach in the early 1970s on a rugged, stony property beneath the limestone cliffs of the Alpilles, where he planted Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Syrah on soils quite unlike the rest of Provence. Because Cabernet Sauvignon falls outside the rules of the local Baux-de-Provence appellation, the wine is bottled as IGP Alpilles, a quiet declaration of the estate's individuality, and it is regarded as one of Provence's pioneering, most collectible domaines.

A structured, age-worthy red that rewards patience, it pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled meats and robust Provençal dishes.
