Domaine des Aubuisières Vouvray Sec is a dry, terroir-focused Chenin Blanc from one of the Loire Valley's most respected Vouvray estates.

Bernard Fouquet established Domaine des Aubuisières in 1982, building the property from a handful of inherited parcels after gaining experience working in Alsace and Burgundy. Farming a range of terroirs across the appellation, he became known for his precise, site-specific approach to Chenin Blanc, crafting everything from bone-dry to lusciously sweet expressions from the tuffeau limestone and clay-flint soils around Vouvray. By the late 1980s Fouquet had established himself among the appellation's elite growers, and the estate remains a benchmark for the diversity and ageing potential of Vouvray's Chenin Blanc.

A dry, textured white with bright natural acidity, it is a versatile partner for shellfish, poultry and other lighter, fresh-flavoured dishes.
