Domaine du Salut Graves Blanc Organic 2024

Domaine du Salut Graves Blanc is an organically farmed white Bordeaux from the Graves appellation south of the city of Bordeaux, a region prized as the historic home of dry white Bordeaux blends.

Graves takes its name from the gravel soils that define the appellation, running south from the outskirts of Bordeaux towards Sauternes and giving whites with freshness and mineral drive alongside gentle roundness. Domaine du Salut is a small, family-run estate based in Cérons, within the Graves appellation, farmed organically and dedicated to producing both red and white wines that reflect this gravel-and-sand terroir. The white is a traditional blend built around Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.

This is a fresh, easy-drinking white Bordeaux, well suited to seafood, poultry and lighter, everyday dining.
