Description

Domaine Dugat-Py Puligny-Montrachet "Les Levrons" is a single-vineyard village white from the commune of Puligny-Montrachet.

Les Levrons is a named site within the village appellation of Puligny-Montrachet, home of some of the finest Chardonnay in the world. Bernard Dugat-Py and his son Loïc work from cellars in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, part of which occupy a medieval tithe building. The domaine is small, farmed organically and known for severe crop levels. Whites are pressed in whole bunches, fermented and matured in barrel and bottled in small quantities.

Serve at about 12 degrees with grilled fish, crab or roast chicken.
