Domaine Félines Jourdan Picpoul de Pinet Cuvée Feline 2023

Domaine Félines Jourdan Cuvée Féline is a selection from the estate's best Picpoul parcels.

The Cuvée Féline comes from older vines on the limestone plateau above the Thau lagoon, and spends longer on lees than the estate's standard bottling, which gives more texture while keeping the sharp acidity the variety is named for. The appellation covers a handful of communes on the Languedoc coast.

Serve at 10 degrees with oysters, shellfish or grilled fish. Drink within four years.
