Description

Domaine Ferret Les Ménétrières is a Pouilly-Fuissé premier cru from southern Burgundy.

Pouilly-Fuissé lies beneath the limestone escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson in the Mâconnais, and produces the fullest-bodied whites in southern Burgundy. The appellation gained its first premier crus in 2020, a recognition long argued for; Les Ménétrières is among them. Domaine Ferret has been a reference here since the nineteenth century.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, rich fish or a soft cheese. It develops over eight years.
