Description

Domaine Goisot Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Blanc is a classically made white Burgundy from the north of the region.

The fruit comes from vines of ten to thirty years rooted in Portlandian limestone scree and the hard white Barrois limestone that gives the wine its structure. Jean-Hugues and Ghislaine Goisot farm biodynamically at Saint-Bris, and this Chardonnay spends ten to twelve months on fine lees in steel.

Serve at 11 degrees with roast chicken, grilled fish, soft cheese or a quiche.
