Description

Domaine Goisot Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Gueules de Loup Blanc is a single-site Chardonnay from northern Burgundy.

Gueules de Loup is one of the domaine's named parcels in the Côtes d'Auxerre, on the Kimmeridgian limestone that runs from here through Chablis. Jean-Hugues and Ghislaine Goisot have farmed biodynamically at Saint-Bris for decades and raise their whites on fine lees without new oak.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, turbot, a cream sauce or a hard mountain cheese.
