Description

Domaine Goisot Chablis Faucertaine is a tiny-production Chablis from a single climat.

The Goisots make only a very small amount of Chablis, from one parcel in the Faucertaine climat at Bienes, just north of Chitry. The vines were planted in 1976 by the father of Marie Goisot and inherited by the family in 2014. Kimmeridgian soils of white and blue marl give the wine its tension and finesse, and the domaine farms biodynamically.

Serve at 11 degrees with oysters, grilled white fish, scallops or a fresh goat's cheese.
