Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier Pommard 'Les Chanlins' Organic 2023

Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier Pommard 'Les Chanlins' is a certified-organic, single-vineyard red Burgundy from the lieu-dit Les Chanlins in the Côte de Beaune village of Pommard.

Pommard is celebrated for producing some of the Côte de Beaune's firmest, most structured Pinot Noir, grown on iron-rich clay soils. Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier, a family estate based in Morey-Saint-Denis and certified organic since 2019 after farming chemical-free since the 1990s, extends the same meticulous approach to its Côte de Beaune parcels as to its home vineyards, favouring old vines and unhurried, low-intervention winemaking.

A firmly structured, savoury red, it is well suited to roasted or braised red meats.
