Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Chardonnay 2025

Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Chardonnay is an everyday Margaret River Chardonnay with fresh citrus fruit and just a little oak.

Bruce Dukes worked for years as a winemaker for other producers in Western Australia's far south-west before building his own brand, which he named after nearby Cape Naturaliste. At this level he keeps things simple: regional Chardonnay, part of it in oak, some lees work for texture, and a lighter hand than the top wines so the fruit and acidity lead.

White peach and grapefruit up front, a soft creamy, nutty note on the finish. Good with barbecued prawns, a creamy pasta or roast chicken, chilled to 9–11°C.
