Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a crisp Margaret River white blend made for drinking young.

Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon is the region's signature white. The Sauvignon brings aromatic lift; the Semillon brings texture, citrus and length. This version is cool-fermented and bottled young without heavy oak, keeping it fresh and easy. The winemaker, Bruce Dukes, named the label after nearby Cape Naturaliste.

Light and zesty, all passionfruit, citrus and cut grass, with a clean finish. Pour it at 7–9°C with oysters, fish and chips or a goat's cheese salad.
