Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a fresh, zesty take on Margaret River's classic white blend.

The Indian Ocean surrounds this corner of Western Australia on two sides, and the mild, even climate that results suits white grapes well. Semillon adds texture, citrus and length to the blend, while Sauvignon Blanc gives the aromatic lift. The winery ferments it cool and bottles it young, with no heavy oak, as an easy introduction to the regional style.

Passionfruit and cut grass lead, with citrus and a crisp, clean finish. Serve it cold, 7–9°C, alongside oysters, goat's cheese salads or fish and chips.
