Description

Domaine Naturaliste Rebus Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied Margaret River Cabernet from the middle of Bruce Dukes' range.

Sitting between the entry wines and the flagship, this Cabernet is made to show the region's typical blackcurrant fruit and firm, fine tannins. French oak adds structure. Its maker started out in California and, once settled in the region, spent years producing wine for other labels.

Generous but firm. It drinks well now after a decant and will hold for some years. Pour it at 16–18°C with steak, lamb racks or hard cheeses.
