Domaine Naturaliste Rebus Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Margaret River Cabernet with blackcurrant fruit and firm, fine tannins.

Ironstone and gravel soils, plus a climate shaped by two oceans, give the region ripe fruit that stays fresh. Cabernet Sauvignon is the signature red here, and this mid-tier bottling sits below the estate's flagship. French oak maturation adds structure. Bruce Dukes makes it, having trained in California before settling in the area.

Lamb racks, steak or a plate of hard cheeses at 16–18°C are the go. There's generosity and grip here; decant it to drink now, or hold it for a few years.
